Summary Poetry

Metre: 
• a pattern when you are reading a poetry , number of stresses per line.
• iamb: unstressed syllable followed by a stressed one, iambic: the line -unstressed, stressed/unstressed, stressed

Verse form
• language that has been turned over around that it becomes something different, group of lines or an individual lines. 
• a group of lines printed together is usually referred to as a stanza

Rhyme
• poems do not always rhyme
• to arrange words in such a way that they trigger one another in our minfs, and persist in our memories
