Title of the movie : "Mr. Bean Holiday"

Why its called comedy : because mr. Bean himself is ridiculous and funny. His act is beyond human mind and always goofing around with everything he see.

Serious theme : Altough he accused guilty by everyone, he still believe he didn't do anything wrong and prove it to everyone. In the end everyone believed him and he didn't accused wrong again by everyone and he can go to beach happily.

Funny moments : 

- Kasino is a member of Chips ( Cara Hebat Ikut Penanggulangan masalah Sosial ) wants to help a boy, but he fall into the river. 

- Indro is riding a car and see a beautiful woman and then asked her to go with him together, then Indro hit other car. 

- three of them always shouted "Jangkrik"  and then that word become a legendary word of them.

Why it call comedy?
Because there was a man and a woman who met suddenly, then fell in love, got in touch, and then split up all of a sudden. The man is so loving woman but it turns out the woman does not seriously love the man, so when left by the woman, the man continues to analyze again what happened in his life so that the woman left her. Whereas from the first it was he who misinterpreted their close relationship, because the woman only thought the relationship was playing but the man thought the relationship was serious. Eventually they split up and get their relationship respectively.

Serious theme: Uneven relationship.

Why it is called comedy? It is kind of comedy humor because it started with normal school live of Nam turning to chaos situation when she knows her crush(Shone). After that she survives to get attention from Shone but there's a lot of silly and dumb scene of Nam instead. It isn't only based on love, but to entertain the reader.

Serious Theme : We believe that true love gives positive energy that lead everyone to do something good and give you what you want.

Title of movie: Pitch Perfect

Why we call it comedy?

1) Because right from the start of the movie, there are always problems faced by the acapella vocal group (main focus of the film), like; the leader throwing up in the middle of their performance and it was humiliating. Since that day, they were always underestimated everytime they joined a competition. Lots of people were not interested when they perform because they kept singing the same song over and over again.

2) When Becca (the main character) started to speak up about her concern regarding to their performance, things started to get better. They started to perform with another songs. At the end, they finally won a competition and not being underestimated again.

The serious issue: It teaches us how to think out of the box and be creative. Never get stuck on our comfort zone. Sometimes we have to try lot of things to know what is better for us.

The story begins when David a drug dealer given job by his boss to smuggle marijuana to Mexico. He plan to make a fake family so that he doesn't get suspected by the border police. Problems come around and they have to face it as a "family"

Seriousness
We can see that how strangers can be so close to us with the same purpose even tough with all the flaws that they had. With a good teamwork and strong sense to protect each other, they finally reach their goal. In the end, they become a real and lovely family.

Name of the series is Silicon Valley. The theme of this series is comedy, because it has a serious topic inside the story. 

Silicon Valley is an American series, talks about a young programmer named Richard who had made a software program named Pied Piper. He made an algorithm that could increase a cellphone's performance. In a very first time he and his friends joined a competition named TechCrunch Disrupt which was the biggest technology competition in US. Before he won the competition, his friends humiliated his team by beating up the other competitors and he felt that his algorithm could not defeat the other competitors' algorithm. After that situation happened, Richard focused on the increasing of the algorithm performance so that his application could be better than before. After he updated his application he could  finally be confident to join the competition and in the end he won the competition. After the competition,  a lot of investors wanted to buy his company (Pied Piper) and he was so excited about it. But in the end the investors wasn't really sure about giving him enough stocks for his company because the application wasn't good for the consumers just because his application was too difficult and hard to understand for them. That's why the investors denied to give him stocks. He and his team got bankrupted and months after that they did not make any more applications because they had no money. 

Coda: because his algorithm is too complicated for the application the consumers cannot use the application well, that's why sometimes it's bad to be perfectionist. And do not choose the difficult path rather than the easy path

The serious topic of this series is don't give your effort too much that will be failed in the end.

Why this movie is considered to a comedy because there are a lot of scenes that make people laugh (funny scenes) or there is an element of comedy or humor that can make people laugh and it mixes seriousness and humour pretty well. It's started with how Bruce always unlucky in his life and then God give him the God's power. 

Bruce messed up everything when using this power at the start.

The Bruce Almighty move teach us about how a human should be thankful of everything they have.

It's a comedy movie because the conflict starts when the main character struggles with child custody so he hardly meets his children. Because of that, he pretends to be a nanny so he can look after his children everyday. This movie is include as comedy of manners because the conflict is about a child custody that the main character doesn't want it to be happen. But in the end, things go back to normal even though they are not getting back together as a couple, his ex wife allows him to visits his children everyday as a nanny.

This movie is a hyper action film driven by the sarcasm and humor of Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. The serious theme of this movie is that he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and he left his girlfriend without notice so she doesn't have to watch him die.

After that, a mysterious person approached him and he offers experimental cure for his cancer. The cure activates a superhuman healing ability that cures his cancer, but leaves him severely disfigured with burn-like scars over his entire body.

In the end, he finally met his girlfriend again even though he's afraid to show his face to his girlfriend. They finally get together again.

Mr. Bean : Merry Christmas, Mr. Bean (Act 3)

The comedy part of this episode is when Mr. Bean preparing the large turkey on the kitchen, but while stuffing it, his watch comes off and gets lost inside. He was unable to find it, so Bean sticks his head into the turkey, and he is unable to pull it off just as Irma, his girlfriend arrives.

After attempting to cover up his predicament from his girlfriend, Irma eventually helps him to remove it, allowing Bean to recover his watch, but the turkey is lost out of the window.

With not much left for a dinner, the pair proceed to have sandwiches consisting of cranberry sauce along with carrot slices, whereupon Irma refuses to give Bean his present until she gets a Christmas kiss, only for him to outsmart her and cruelly snatch it, ignoring her anger as he finds it to be a model ship. Realising he is being forgetful, Bean produces Irma with her present, only for her excitement to turn into confusion and disappointment when he reveals that he bought her the portrait in the jeweller's display, misunderstanding what she really wanted. This means his misunderstanding could make his girlfriend angry.

The ending scene Mr. Bean said to himself 'Merry Christmas, Mr. Bean' and he pull the super cracker that actually he wants to do it with his girlfriend.

We conclude that in this scene, there is a serious problem - Mr. Bean's misunderstanding. In real life, misunderstanding could make someone angry, so we should be careful with someone's feeeling.

This movie is a modern comedy because:

1.) It presents endless inversion of normal conduct. Johnny English, the main character, try to live normally after the incident of Mozambique. he decided to retire as a detective and learn spiritual energy at Tibet. But suddenly his ex-detective organization force to call him again because of the international terrorist attack. After that situation, his normal life come to an end, and he begins his unique life as detective again. 

2.) In the end after all of his tasks has completed, he comes back to his normal life again

The serious theme of Johnny English Reborn is a life of detective who tries to save his country and the world. The resolution is he does cooperative work with detectives from another countries.

Home Alone is a modern comedy because it's start with chaos when Kevin's family leave him alone and a group of burglar try to rob his home. So he has to protect himself and his home. And at the end of this movie Kevin finally gather together again with his family and spend the Christmas happily.

The serious theme is that even a little kid can survive a critical condition with his mind especially his creativity. Sometimes people even an adult can be afraid to face a problem, but with this movie we can learn that all problems, even the big one, can be solved if we have will and a great mind. Also this movie teach us to not judge people by their appearance just like Kevin who at first is afraid of his scary neighbour but end up work together with him to protect his house.
